We work to your specified tolerances, surface finish requirements, and packaging standards – ensuring your material is processed exactly as you need it.
Slitting & Recoiling
Parent Coils up to 30 tonnes, 1850mm wide, and up to:
- 3.0mm thick (mild steel & aluminium)
- 2.0mm thick (stainless steel)
Recoiling to target weights and Outside Diameters is available on to the following Inside Diameters
- 406mm (16”)
- 508mm (20”)
- 610mm (24”)
Narrow Blanking
- Suitable for widths under 750mm
- Maximum length: 2025mm
- All blanks produced to your dimensional and flatness tolerances
Decoiling to Sheet
- From 24″ (610mm) ID coils
- Maximum thickness:
- 3mm (mild steel & aluminium)
- 2mm (stainless steel)
- Lengths up to 4400mm
- Supplied to sheet tolerances or better
Multi-Strand Blanking
- Up to 4 strands
- Simultaneous slitting and blanking to your size and tolerance instructions
